Marketing That Makes Sense
It’s that the website was built by one person, the ads were handed off to another, and nobody ever sat down to make sure they were saying the same thing.
That coordination gap is expensive. Not just in wasted spend, but in the leads that almost converted, the emails that never got sent, and the positioning that never quite landed.
I started One Smart Monkey because I wanted to work with businesses the way I’d want someone working on mine: one person who understands the whole picture, builds the pieces to work together, and tells you the truth about what’s working and what isn’t.
I’m not going to pitch you a package. I’m going to ask what’s broken, figure out what’s actually driving the problem, and put together a plan that makes sense for where your business is right now.
That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

Where This Started
Fred Miranda has been building marketing systems for growing businesses for over 20 years. His first company introduced fractional marketing to the community and online auction industry; giving small sellers and hosts access to senior-level strategy without the full-time hire. That company grew, found its footing, and was eventually sold.
The lesson stuck: small businesses don’t lose because they lack talent. They lose because their marketing is fragmented, inconsistent, and managed by too many hands who don’t talk to each other.
One Smart Monkey was built to fix that… one business at a time, in the markets we know (Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey), for the owners who are too good at their work to let bad marketing hold them back.
